My Good Brothers,
The winter is almost behind us, and what a couple of months it’s been! We’ve managed to avoid any weather-related cancellations, for which I am very grateful. We enjoyed a wonderful Entered Apprentice degree performed by our gifted and talented officer corps, and welcomed an excellent friend and brother to the fraternity. RWB Martin Macary gave an informative program on the Landmarks of Freemasonry.
If you missed out on any of our events or programs this winter, I encourage you to make the trip out and see your brothers this spring. Need a ride? Please contact me and I will happily assist! Unsure of a protocol? Contact any of your officers and we will gladly help out.
I’m very much looking forward to the imminent warm weather, and with it our spring line-up of events. Coming up this season is our yearly chili cook-off, a night of appendant body presentations, our annual rifle shoot, the 3rd district picnic, and our outdoor Civil War EA Degree. Please keep an eye on our lodge website’s calendar or our Facebook page for updates on our events; I keep both up to date. If you don’t have access to either, feel free to contact me or another brother if you need to confirm a date.
As always, I am open to suggestions from the craft on how to improve this year’s events and degrees. Please contact me anytime!
